Houjou-ji Temple, Society of Zazen
We hold the Zazen-kai (Meeting of Zazen) at the main hall once a month.
Please join us anyone if you want.
If you practice Zazen for the first time and if you cannot pair your feet (chair sitting is also acceptable), we will teach you from the beginning. Please rest assured. Sometimes I think it would be nice to stay away from the noise and sit quietly.
